Our most equipped desk: two front under-desk drawers, the storage monitor riser, and a dual-motor frame across every size for rock-steady height changes. The lift system and motors are imported from a leading global manufacturer; the frame, drawers and finish are all built by hand in our Addis Ababa workshop. The Max involves the most woodwork in the range, so every one is made to order. Like the rest of the line, it's the product of six months of building and testing before we went into production. Built for bigger setups, from 1.4 to 1.6 m.

Shipping info+
Every Ergolevel desk is built to order in our Addis Ababa workshop. Because each desk is made individually, lead time depends on the model and the amount of custom work involved.
- Ergolevel Core: usually ready in about 3 days.
- Ergolevel Pro & Max: usually ready in about 1 to 2 weeks, as these models involve more detailed woodwork and finishing.
Lead times are estimates, but we’ll always keep you updated once your order is confirmed.
For customers in Addis Ababa, delivery and assembly are included. We bring the desk to you, assemble it on-site, and make sure it’s ready to use before we leave.
At the moment, we don’t offer standard delivery outside Addis Ababa. If you’re located elsewhere, please contact us before ordering and we’ll let you know if we can arrange a solution.
Each desk is made to order, so we don’t offer change-of-mind returns once production has started. We want you to feel confident before ordering, so if you have questions about size, finish, configuration, or which model is right for you, please reach out first. We’re happy to offer a free consultation.
If your desk arrives damaged, defective, or different from your confirmed order, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll make it right through repair, replacement, or another appropriate solution.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal indoor use. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water or moisture damage, electrical surge damage, unauthorized modifications or repairs, normal wear and tear, or cosmetic damage that occurs after delivery and assembly.
Our lift system and electronics are sourced from an established international manufacturer. Every frame is built and finished by hand in Addis Ababa, after months of testing and refinement before production.

Moving between sitting and standing through the day eases back and neck strain, keeps your energy up, and helps you stay focused. Ergolevel makes the switch effortless. A quiet electric lift takes you from seated to standing in seconds, so moving more never gets in the way of your work.
A hand-finished block-board top with a solid timber core: stronger, more stable and far longer-lasting than the cheap MDF most budget desks hide under a laminate.
A touch controller lets you save four favourite sitting and standing heights and move between them at a tap, with anti-collision detection that stops the desk if it meets an obstacle.
An imported lift system raises and lowers smoothly and quietly, even fully loaded: single motor on smaller sizes, dual motor on the largest for extra stability.
Block board, not MDF.
Most budget desks are MDF, wood dust pressed together with glue, hidden under a laminate. Every Ergolevel top is block board: a solid timber core that’s stronger, steadier and built to last.
Frequently asked questions.
Is the desktop solid wood?
The standard top is hand-finished block board, a solid timber core that's stronger and more stable than MDF. Solid wood (oak or walnut) is available as a custom order; contact us for a quote.
How long until my desk is ready?
Every desk is built to order. The Core is usually ready in about 3 days; the Pro and Max take about 1–2 weeks, as they involve more woodwork. We'll keep you updated once your order is confirmed.
How do I pay?
There's no online payment. Place your order with your details, and we'll call you to arrange payment and delivery.
Do you deliver and set it up?
Yes. Within Addis Ababa, delivery and assembly are included. We bring the desk to you, assemble it on-site, and make sure it's ready to use before we leave.
Do you deliver outside Addis Ababa?
Not as standard just yet. If you're outside Addis, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know what we can arrange.
Can I return it?

What's the warranty?
Five years on the steel frame and two years on the electrical components (motors, controller and switch), covering manufacturing defects under normal indoor use.
What finishes and frame colors are available?
Five block-board finishes (Golden Oak, Champagne Oak, Rustic Dark Walnut, White and Gray), each available with a black or white steel frame, all at the same price.
Single or dual motor?
It depends on the size. Smaller sizes use a single motor; the 1.6 m comes with a dual-motor frame for extra lift and stability (the Max is dual-motor across every size).
Can I see a desk in person?
We don't have a showroom yet, but you're welcome to visit our Addis Ababa workshop. Reach out and we'll arrange a time.
