Shipping & Warranty

Every desk is built to order in our Addis Ababa workshop. Lead time depends on the model:

Ergolevel Core: ready in about 3 days.

Ergolevel Pro & Max: about 1–2 weeks, as they involve considerable woodwork.

Addis Ababa: free delivery and assembly on orders over Br 25,000 (all our desks qualify). We bring your desk over and set it up so it's ready to use. On smaller orders, such as a standalone accessory, delivery is a flat Br 500.

Outside Addis: we're not shipping beyond Addis Ababa just yet. If you're elsewhere, get in touch and we'll see what we can do.

Because every desk is made to order, all sales are final. We don't offer returns.

We want you to be sure before you buy, so please reach out with any questions. We'll help you choose the right finish, size and configuration, and we offer free consultations.

Frame: 5-year warranty on the steel frame.

Electrical components: 2-year warranty on the motors, controller and switch.

Both cover manufacturing defects under normal use. The frame and electronics are imported from a leading global manufacturer; we finish and set up every desk by hand in Addis Ababa, after six months of testing the design before production.
